UPDATE, 10 a.m. Thursday: A crash site on Highway 26 near Richfield has been cleared and the road is reopened to through traffic, according to Idaho State Police on Thursday morning.

RICHFIELD, Idaho (KLIX) A truck rolled onto its side after hitting a pothole on Highway 26 near Richfield Wednesday night.

Idaho State Police say Robert Tetzloff, 54, of Bismark, North Dakota, lost control of the Kenworth pulling a trailer after hitting the pothole at around 10:30 p.m. The driver was taken to the hospital in Twin Falls. Tetzloff had not been wearing a seat belt. The crash had blocked part of the roadway for most of the night.
