The Turf Club Reboots and Reopens in Twin Falls

The historic Turf Club in Twin Falls, Idaho, has recently reopened following an extensive renovation and is now accepting reservations. Owned by Robert and Mariann Griffith, the founders of Homestyle Direct, the club has been transformed into a modern steakhouse and craft cocktail lounge, emphasizing high-end table service.

A Rich History and a New Direction

Since its establishment in 1946, The Turf Club has served various roles in the community—from a speakeasy and nightclub to a restaurant and event center. It has even been used as a backdrop for films. Known to locals for hosting events such as company Christmas parties, class reunions, and wedding receptions, the venue holds a special place in the heart of Twin Falls residents.

Earlier this year, the new owners announced that the venue would shift away from functioning as a banquet hall to focus on its new identity. The transformation aligns with the Griffiths' vision of offering a premium dining experience.

It's worth noting that even though the interior and exterior have undergone major transformation, the new owners have maintained the iconic cocktail glass lighted sign that has long been associated with the establishment. A hat-tip to its heritage, no doubt.

Dining Experience and Menu Offerings

The newly branded Turf Club now boasts an impressive menu typical of a high-end steakhouse. Patrons can enjoy prime cuts of beef, as well as a variety of pork and seafood dishes and a number of soups and salads. And as promised, The Turf has a craft-cocktail and wine list as long as your arm.

Operating Hours and Reservations

The Turf Club operates Tuesday to Thursday from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Reservations can be made by calling 208-734-2000 or via their website; and walk-ins are also welcomed. For more details on booking, the restaurant's reservation policy, and a look at the extensive menu, visit their website.

With its storied past and a fresh, modern approach to fine dining, The Turf Club is poised to become a culinary landmark in Twin Falls once again.
