Randy Travis Found ‘Extremely Intoxicated’ and Fighting In a Church Parking Lot?

Bartender, no more for Randy Travis.

This could be Travis' third brush with the law this year involving alcohol. Fox News is reporting that less than two weeks after Randy Travis was arrested for being naked, drunk and passed out in the middle of a street, now he's been hospitalized in Plano, Texas after fighting in a church parking lot with another man while 'extremely intoxicated.'

This looks like really bad news for the 'Three Wooden Crosses' singer, but that may not be the whole story.

A Plano Police Department spokesperson tells ABC News Radio that Travis was not arrested. There's no documentation in the official police report that Travis was intoxicated at the time of the incident, nor are there any records of the singer being transported to the hospital by the town's fire department.

Attempts to contact Randy Travis' representatives have not been answered. We'll have more on this story as it develops.

UPDATE
