MACKAY, Idaho (KLIX)-A Pocatello man died after he was thrown from his vehicle when it rolled near Mackay on Sunday evening.

According to Idaho State Police, 44-year-old Andrew Burk, was headed north on U.S. Highway 93 in a Chevrolet Trailblazer at just before 8 p.m. when he drove off the road, overcorrected, rolling the SUV.

ISP said Burk had not been wearing a seat belt and was thrown out of the car, he died at the scene. Custer County Sheriff's deputies assisted with the investigation.
