Please Help Me Find Sweet Potato Hash Browns in Twin Falls

I've checked all over the Twin Falls area can I can't find a restaurant that serves up sweet potato hash browns.

I was eating at a restaurant out of town a few weeks ago and I had some of the best sweet potato hashbrowns. They were a nice alternative to the standard tuber and they're considered by some to be a healthier option. It's debatable, but I'm more interested because I liked the taste.

I've looked all over Twin, and none of the breakfast hangouts seem to have them. I was hoping that you'd might know of a place that I haven't thought of. If you would comment and let me know, I would be eternally grateful.
