We have a ton of things happening in our world right now and I'm sure you have your own list.

The White House has people coming down with COVID-19, there was a crazy debate that took over social media and the list goes on. Regardless of how we feel about all of that, it's impacting households in tragic ways.

October is National Bullying Prevention Month and unfortunately, everything just gets worse in moments like this. I could give you countless examples but you might have some of your own. I'm in love with my kids I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to handle that first conversation. The best way I can think is to prepare him and make sure that he's not joining in.

Bullying is taking our children's lives. The numbers continue to grow and a pandemic is extremely dangerous. Imagine all these parents going through single situations, alcoholism, no jobs, homeless and the list goes on. The ones really taking the worse end of this are the children. The kids are the ones who get everything taken out on. This the same down the street with other kids. It's a domino effect or a vicious circle.

Take this moment to spread the word on social media and make sure other people know to have the discussion. If we can stop it from happening or prevent it we can win. Nobody wants to sit around wondering, "What if I would have said something earlier?"

I'll list a few places to seek out information. Just google it and teach yourself. It's our responsibility as parents to try. Let's make an effort together.
