In August of 2021, we learned that Maxie's Pizza and Pasta in Twin Falls had put the building up for sale. More than 5 months later, the building remains listed as available, and I can't help but think of the possibilities with that building.

Maxie's Was The Longest Standing Pizzeria In Idaho

Just 1 year before Maxie's was listed for sale, the website Only in Your State wrote an article claiming that Maxie's Pizza and Pasta in Twin Falls could be the longest standing pizzeria in Idaho. The restaurant is still open serving their classic pizza and pasta in Twin Falls while they wait for a buyer. The restaurant is for sale and the online listing says the restaurant name is DBA negotiable.

Details About the 'For Sale' Maxie's Property

The Maxie's property in Twin Falls is listed for $530,000 and comes with all the restaurant equipment inside. It sits on 3 city lots with the building covering 4,884 square feet and parking space for up to 50 vehicles.

The property is zoned as commercial, so as cool as it would be to make it a home, you'd have to make changes with the city zoning first. It's interesting to note that the building was built in 1971 but Maxie's has been around Twin Falls since 1956. The original location was on Main Street.
