Food Truck in the Magic Valley Goes Up in Flames
The Magic Valley is full of some amazing places to eat. There are many great local restaurants, big chains, and some hidden gems that are off the beaten path. Sadly, many places have come and gone over the last few years, and it is always heartbreaking when a place you enjoy is closed. Most of these places close due to not generating enough profit, high costs of staying in business, or corporate decisions to close them down. There are also other reasons beyond anyone's control that may temporarily close a place. One popular eating place in the Magic Valley will be closed for a bit, but it wasn't planned, after an incident took place beyond anyone's control.
The Burger Trailer Closed Indefinitely
The Burger Trailer, often located in Buhl on Broadway, will be closed for the foreseeable future, but before you get too upset, the plan is to come back as soon as possible. What is the reason for the closing? On Saturday, September 20, around 4 PM, The Burger Trailer was out at the Twin Falls County Fairgrounds when it caught on fire. Sadly, it burnt much of the trailer, making it impossible to use at this time. The good news is that nobody was hurt, the truck pulling the trailer did not catch fire, the propane tank didn't explode, and no other damage was done. The owner, while devastated, did have a great sense of humor as he was quoted saying, 'This is also the first time I have burned a hamburger in 20 plus years of cooking. 200 burgers to be exact.
The Burger Trailer Catches Fire
Customers are glad that the owner is safe, but bummed that they won't be able to enjoy one of the best burgers in the Magic Valley for a bit. For now, the owner will wait on insurance to see what happens, and the hope is that he will be able to get a new trailer soon and be back up and running, but these things will take some time. The good news is, unlike other places that close in the Magic Valley, The Burger Trailer will be back in due time. If you would like to help with the funding to get a new trailer, there is a GoFundMe page that you can donate to by clicking the link above. The goal is to raise $5 thousand dollars, and as a community, we can make this happen.

If you have had The Burger Trailer, you know the longer they are closed, the more you are missing out on an amazing burger.
