Idaho is a summer retreat for many 'A-list' celebrities, especially in the summer months. One popular talk show host who tapes episodes from New York recently stopped into a southeastern Idaho music shop and took a moment to pose for a selfie with a customer.

The list of celebrities who are buying up Gem State land and vacationing there annually seems to be getting larger each year. One of the most recent to relocate to Idaho was Landman actress Ali Larter.

Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian, Travis Kelsey, Taylor Swift, Aaron Paul, Demi Moore, Bruce Willis, Mark Wahlberg, Steve Miller, Jack Osbourne, Jimmy Kimmel, and Henry Winkler are all known to either visit the Gem State on occasion, or to own property in Idaho.

It was another television host who recently passed through the Idaho Falls area who created quite a stir among locals after spending some time at Mike's Music. Former Saturday Night Live cast member and longtime Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon has apparently stopped into the store more than once.

Mike's Music is located just 40 miles west of the posh fly fishing and vacation property Kimmel co-owns. Actor Henry Winkler (Happy Days) is also known to fish in this region of Idaho every spring.

The Meta post of Fallon in the shop was shared on July 6, 2026, by a customer. An employee at Mike's Music told me the photograph was from 'a couple of weeks ago' during a phone call on Tuesday morning (July 7).
