State police continue to seek information in a missing persons case involving a northern Utah woman missing for two and a half years.

Murray, Utah, is a community of roughly 50,000 residents located just 100 miles from the southern border of Idaho. This is where a troubled, now 32-year-old woman went missing on July 5, 2023.

Brynlee Dyson Went Missing From Northern Utah On July 5, 2023, And Could Have Traveled To California

According to information provided by the Utah Department of Public Safety, Dyson is 5'1" and weighed approximately 115 pounds at the time she vanished. The UDPS still lists this case as active, according to the website. No online searches on our end have turned up any recent developments in the matter.

What makes this case even stranger is the fact that a distressing message was sent two years after she went missing, on July 18, 2025, from her Facebook account.

According to the UDPS, the message read '522 San Pedro St. That’s where I am now, the shelter across the street.' This location is more than 670 miles away, in a section of Los Angeles known as 'Skid Row.'

To date, Dyson hasn't been heard from since 2023.
