Star Wars Day is Almost Here: Who is Idaho’s Favorite Character
For those of you who aren’t nerds, May 4th is Star Wars Day, because May the 4th sounds like ‘May the Force’. But if you clicked on this story and it wasn’t an accident, you already knew that.
I’m a fan of Star Wars. My office here at work has the walls adorned with Star Wars posters. I own four lightsabers (but I didn’t get them in a General Grievous way), and I have an awesome Stormtrooper costume. I’ve recently been rewatching The Mandalorian series and The Book of Boba Fett, also known as The Mandalorian 2.0, in preparation for the upcoming The Mandalorian and Grogu movie, set to release on May 22. Though my favorite Star Wars character doesn’t appear in any of those shows, the top choice of Idahoans makes one of the greatest entrances in one of them.
Who is Idaho’s Favorite Star Wars Character
Depending on who you ask, the best Star Wars character might be a hero like Obi-Wan Kenobi, a villain like Emperor Palpatine, a redeemed character like Vader, or Princess Leia in a bikini if you are a teenage boy. My favorite character is Jar Jar Binks.
Just kidding, he’s nobody’s favorite. My favorite character is Han Solo. He’s a simple guy with no real power other than luck and life skills. For the majority of Idahoans, according to a study by the social gaming website ACE, Luke Skywalker is the top choice in the Gem State.
Luke is a great choice, plus his entrance in the season 2 finale of The Mandalorian is epic.
Who is your favorite Star Wars character, and more importantly, are you going to see The Mandalorian & Grogu movie in the theater, and do you still refuse to call him Grogu?
