Although most of the nation experienced harsh winter storms in December, here in the Treasure Valley it just got really cold. A little snow never hurt anyone in our area--we're built for this! Regardless of the outdoor conditions, however, it has been a long "winter break", especially if you have kids at home. In these long stretches of cold weather and no school, families can often be searching high and low for affordable ways to get the family out of the house.

We've got great news for you--because we have just the solution.

Back again this January is the Canyon County Kids Expo-- an annual, day-long event held at the Ford Idaho Center!

The event offers all sorts of fun for kids at an affordable price and there are also great resources and things available for adults, as well!  The event is highly anticipated and this year, two major attractions will have the kids begging to go!

First, characters from Paw Patrol will be returning to the Ford Idaho Center! Make plans to bring the kids to meet their favorite characters from the hit television series!

The characters Chase and Skye from the insanely popular kids show will be on site to take photos with your kids all throughout the day. Along side the characters will be tons of jump houses, attractions, and local businesses offering fun for the kids. Its time to get out of the house!
