Idaho Police Say Man Killed after Failing to Stop at Sign

PAYETTE COUNTY, Idaho (KLIX) Idaho State Police say a Caldwell man died in a crash after he failed to stop at a sign on Friday. According to an ISP report, Byron Milburn, 37, died from his injuries in the October 28 crash with a farm truck on Elmore Road and Southwest 1st Avenue. ISP says Milburn was driving a Mercedes Benz Sprinter van at around 4:43 p.m. when he failed to yield for the stop sign and was hit by the farm truck. The truck's driver was not injured. Milburn was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
