Idaho Inmates Making Face Masks; Need Donations
The Idaho Department of Corrections has announced that they are looking for donations so the men and women in their custody can make face masks. They have some specific things they are looking for as well.
According to their Facebook page, the Idaho Department of Corrections is having those in custody help the community by creating face masks that will go to people who work and live in the department's correctional facilities.
I have heard of inmates being released from custody because of the Coronavirus scare and the fear that the virus could rapidly spread through a facility. This could help those who have to go to work there every single day and prevent the spread in the correctional facilities.

According to Idaho Department of Corrections they are looking for any color elastic bands, cotton fabric of any color or pattern, thread and pins. They also stated that they have collection boxes outside of the IDOC's Central Office at 1299 N. Orchard in Boise or you can also donate at the Pocatello Women's Correctional Center, the St. Anthony Work Cam, North Idaho Correctional Institute and the Idaho Correctional Institution in Orofino.
I imagine you could also donate by mailing those things if you have them. It does not specifically say that but I don't see why you couldn't.
