Tragic Accident on 1-84 That Claimed a Beloved Twin Falls Mother of Two

On November 5, 2024, Samantha was driving westbound on I-84 when her Honda Pilot broke down near milepost 171. Despite activating her hazard lights, her vehicle was struck from behind by a Volvo semi-tractor. The impact caused fatal injuries to Samantha, who was wearing her seatbelt. The driver of the semi-truck, hauling concert equipment, was arrested for felony vehicular manslaughter.
