Warrant, Firehouse Performing Saturday Night South Of Twin Falls ID

For southern Idaho fans of rock and roll music, two bands that achieved enormous commercial success in the early nineties and are still packing fans into venues to this day are performing together in Jackpot, Nevada, on the evening of June 20.

Those of you who listen to 98.3 FM 'The Snake' (Twin Falls Classic Rock) might have caught interviews this week with band members of Warrant and Firehouse, who are converging on Cactus Pete's Resort Casino Saturday, June 20, for a night of shredding guitar solos and rocking vocals.

Cactus Pete's in Jackpot is hosting the 'Turn Up The Good Times Tour,' which features Warrant, Firehouse, and special guests Gunshine Saturday night. The resort-casino is just a short 45-minute drive south from Twin Falls and will be celebrating the arrival of these incredible bands to the outdoor amphitheater beginning at 4 P.M.

Together, the two bands (Warrant and Firehouse) have sold close to 20 million albums worldwide, according to Chartmetric and Frontiers Music. Warrant is best known for hits like 'Cherry Pie' and 'Heaven,' while Firehouse has recorded such notable songs as 'Love of a Lifetime' and 'Don't Treat Me Bad.'
