Treasure Valley Doctor Accused of Inappropriately Touching Patients

BOISE, Idaho (KLIX)-Boise authorities have arrested a doctor and charged him with two misdemeanor counts of sexual battery. According to the Boise Police Department, the doctor was booked Monday into the Ada County Jail after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Boise Police say evidence found during an investigation alleges the doctor inappropriately touched multiple people at his place of work, which was listed on St. Luke's Health System website as a clinic in Boise.

The clinic is listed as the doctor's private practice. Boise Police says there could be other victims and have asked people to call 208-377-6790 or Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS (2677) if they think they may be a victim.

An email request for removal of the name of the doctor claims that he faced more than 5 charges of alleged sexual battery but was either acquitted, charges were dismissed, or trials ended in hung jury situations. The email states:

At no point was he convicted of any sexual battery charges.

Legal documents from the Idaho State Board of Medicine define administration actions that were filed against the doctor in August of 2023.
