POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — A Chubbuck man who was charged with unlawfully recording video of a boy in a public bathroom now faces two dozen child pornography charges.

KPVI-TV reports 35-year-old James Blatter was charged Tuesday with 25 felony counts of possession of child porn after officers investigating the voyeurism case obtained a warrant and searched his house.

Blatter was arrested on Oct. 1 and charged with video voyeurism after a man reported Blatter used a camera that looked like a pen to take video of his son in a bathroom in Pocatello. Blatter had posted a $30,000 bond in that case. $20,000 was added to his bond for the child porn charges. His preliminary hearing on all the charges is set for Nov. 13.
