‘CMA Country Christmas’ 2019: Everything You Need to Know
In 2019, a star-studded group of performers are converging for the 10th annual CMA Country Christmas, an evening of festive performances from artists of all stripes in celebration of the holidays. While it may still feel like fall outside, all the magic of the holiday season is just around the corner!

When and Where is CMA Country Christmas 2019 Taking Place?
The CMA Country Christmas TV special was taped on Wednesday, Sept. 25 at Belmont University's Curb Event Center in Nashville, Tenn. The two-hour special will be broadcast on ABC on Dec. 3 beginning at 9PM ET.
Who is Hosting CMA Country Christmas 2019?
Following two consecutive years of Reba McEntire taking on the mantle of CMA Country Christmas host, Trisha Yearwood will be assuming those duties in 2019. In a statement, Yearwood explains that she's looking forward to sharing the magic of Christmas with fans and viewers everywhere during the special night.
"Music, memories and enjoying the season with loved ones are what make Christmastime so special," she says. "Hosting CMA Country Christmas is an opportunity to share joy and celebrate the holidays with friends and family everywhere."
It will be Yearwood's first year as host. Prior to McEntire's term, Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles hosted CMA Country Christmas for seven years, going all the way back to the TV special's first-ever event.
