The witness described the Bigfoot as standing upright near Wind River Road, two-miles south of Hemlock Road. It was described as a 'reddish-brown, furry figure,' standing near a large boulder that appeared to have been rolled toward the highway.
'I was not looking for bigfoot, but this was the only explanation for what I saw,' were the words of the witness in the report. 'I was by myself but there was someone jogging down the road about 100 feet south of where I saw it.'
