What is the Best Christmas Movie of All Time?

I'm not a fan of celebrating Christmas three months early, but I watch Christmas movies all year long! There is so many good Christmas movies I feel like I can't fit them all in, in one month.

I have to watch the classic's like The Christmas Story and Miracle on 34th Street. My kids love Polar Express and Santa Clause 3. I think Elf, may just be, the BEST Christmas movie of all time! Some would argue that it's The Christmas Story or Christmas Vacation.
