A yearly tradition at my house is to track Santa's journey on Christmas Eve with NORAD. Every Christmas Eve NORAD takes a break from defending us and makes sure Santa's annual trek around the world goes off without a hitch.

I even heard that Santa was escorted by a pair of F-22's into American airspace last year.

A survey by Ipsos OTX of 5,013 adults has found that 19 percent of smart phone owners have never used their device to access the Internet.

Furthermore, 32 percent have never used an app, assuring that their smart phone Internet experience -- for which they are presumably paying a monthly charge for -- is extremely limited.

Get happy, Angry Birds fans: Rovio on Tuesday released the latest edition of the wildly addictive game, titled Angry Birds Rio. The new version is in connection with the upcoming animated movie 'Rio,' which hits theaters on April 15.

In this installment, the Angry Birds are kidnapped and taken to Rio de Janeiro (duh), where they escape and attempt to save the two stars of 'Rio,' macaws Blu and Jewel.

According to the Rovio press release, the app "can be downloaded from the App Store for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, from the Mac App Store for Mac computers, and for Android devices in the Amazon Appstore."
