Is There Anything Different In Local Schools Due To The Connecticut Shooting?

If you have been in a school lately, you can't help but think if the terrible tragedy that took place in Connecticut. Yesterday I went to talk to a teacher for a brief moment and while usually I just walk into the school and take care of business, things were a little different yesterday. I was asked to always check in before I speak to anyone at the school. Apparently all schools are cracking down on security because of the shooting.
