More than 60 trees came down in my county between Monday and Tuesday, making teleworking, mail delivery, and other aspects of daily life impossible to pull off. In the Magic Valley, a brief snow break comes Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, before another storm system is expected to pass through on Tuesday.
Blaine County is under a Winter Storm warning until Tuesday, December 14th at 11 am. According to the winter storm warning information, up to 24 inches of snow is possible in areas above 6000 feet. Lower elevations could see up to 8 inches of snow.
A mix of weather is expected in southern Idaho this morning with a mix of wind and snow. The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory and Winter Weather Advisory for parts of the Magic Valley.
