Filming has wrapped and a trailer has been released on a new movie that tells of the legend of a water creature that is said to live in the farthest southeast corner of Idaho in a lake that shares a border with Utah. The film is about a group of teenagers that set out to discover the truth behind the tale, and is set for a 2023 release.
Southern Idaho has quite a history when it comes to the paranormal. The 100-year anniversary of one of Twin Falls' most creepiest legends recently passed, and the location of where the incidents took place is one where you'll find many people walking their dogs, completely unware of what is said to have transpired there long ago.
One of the more unsettling legends out there is the early-twentieth century tale of the "Devil's Henchman," where it is alleged a man murdered numerous children off of Shoshone Street, and just under where the current Old Towne Bridge passes over Rock Creek in Twin Falls.
