Evacuation orders escalate in Hailey, Idaho with Level 3 Immediate Evacuation notice for properties west of the town.

A little more than $1.6 million will be awarded to the U.S. Forest Service-Sawtooth National Forest to help recovery efforts following the large Badger Fire that torched pristine areas of the South Hills.

Full control of a fire burning in the South Hills is now estimated for Sunday May 16.

Fire crews are working to contain a fire south of Twin Falls on the Sawtooth National Forest.
