The Candy Cane House is a staple Christmas light tradition in the area. People come from all over the area to see the display because the owner of the home Mitch Silvester always goes over the top with his display. He makes lights flash in rhythm to songs and it is glorious.
We wish the owner of the home good luck this year. If tradition continues, we can expect the Candy Cane House to light up for its first time closer to Thanksgiving, or shortly afterwards.
For those that have seen the show in past years, this is going to be cutting it pretty close for Mitch, and community assistance might be necessary to pull off this Christmas miracle.
