I've attempted one food challenge in my life, but it was nothing compared to a three-foot hot dog smothered in macaroni and cheese, chili, and corn that a south Idaho brewery serves up to brave souls that wish to attempt to take it down.

It has been a process but I am so excited it is coming to an end. The Magic Valley Brewing pub is open in Twin Falls, on a limited basis for now. While they work out all the details on exactly when they are going to open and what type of menu they are going to have.

If you think about it, Twin Falls has quite a few options for locally sourced beer, wine and ciders. I had to do a little research to try to make sure I didn't miss anything. If I did it wasn't intentional, let me know so we can try it out too.

Milner's Gate is located at 205 Shoshone Street North, and for those of us who had the opportunity to spend some time in the building when it was an event center, furniture or bookstore, the appeal of the location has always been a strong one.

Belly up to the bar and order me a stout!

Koto Brewing Company has been in the works for several months now and the much anticipated brewery and restaurant has announced it's opening date.

Have you been to Magic Valley Brewery in Buhl? To be honest, I wasn't aware we had a brewery in Buhl. The brewery is a Brewpub that offers yummy food, a relaxed atmosphere and great local beer.
