Man on ATV Killed After Being Hit by Truck

(KLIX)- A 24 year old Paul man died after being struck by a pickup on his ATV. Idaho State Police say Kenny Stevenson of Paul was headed down 1100 North in a Polaris Ranger RZR. Marcus Newton, 30 of Rupert, was headed down 400 West in a 2008 Dodge Pickup. There is a yield sign at 1100 North. Stevenson proceeded forward as Newton entered the intersection. Newton hit his brakes and tried to avoid the ATV. He was taken to a local hospital. Stevenson was pronounced dead at the scene.
