Idaho Stores Hosting Annual Fuchsia Event; Free Soil Sat 4/11
Flower planting season is underway in southern Idaho. A chain of grocery and retail stores throughout the Gem State is hosting an annual sale on Saturday, April 11, offering FREE soil to early birds while supplies last.
One of the best things about spring is the addition of colorful flowers around the property. Many of us are currently triaging our plants that thrived last year, but have been damaged by winter temperatures. Some will grow back, and others need to be replaced.
Just about every Magic Valley grocery store currently has an abundance of flowers on stands outside the entrance to entice us to spend money to add color and beauty to our property. Early April is a great time to save money and take advantage of discounts on flowers, and Idaho Fred Meyer stores are hosting their annual "Fuchsia Saturday" event on April 11, beginning at 7 A.M.

The Twin Falls Fred Meyer location is at 705 Blue Lakes Blvd North. There are 10 other locations throughout the state as well, and all will be participating in Saturday's event, according to the KrazyCoupon Lady.
The event is expected to wrap up by 9:30 A.M. Those who arrive early will have a chance to score free bags of Black Gold All Purpose Potting Soil, and shoppers can bring up to six planters, with each up to 12 inches across, according to the KrazyCouponLady.
Have fun Saturday! Try to get there early.
