County Sells Off Property

Twin Falls, Idaho (KLIX) Twin Falls County is set to sell another chunk of property. Thursday county commissioners approved to sell a suite in the professional plaza on Shoupe Ave. Initially the property, along with others, were put up for auction. The county did not receive a reasonable offer and put it up for sale. The current doctor occupying the office offered $50,000. Once the sale goes through there will be very few county owned properties in that area. The county will still hold onto one suite to host the Safe House administration. The county has yet to sell the doctors park down the street.
