Feeling Bloated and Icky After All That Sugar? Try This Post Holiday Detox
If you know me, you know that I’m the last person who should be giving any food or health advice. When it comes to holiday chow, I dive in face first and don’t look back.
But starting yesterday, I started feeling sluggish and just downright cruddy. I know it has everything to do with the food I’ve been eating. You can’t move an inch in my house without running into a pie or treats.
I found this information on post holiday detox. It recommends drinking lots of water, cutting back on sugar, load up on the veggies (more than seven servings a day) and ease back into your workout routine; that is, IF you had one to begin with.
