Would You Tell if You Received Flowers from Someone Other than Your Spouse? [Poll]

Last week we were talking about whether or not it's okay for friends of the opposite sex to send "friendship" flowers for Valentines Day.  Keep in mind, we're working off the assumption that the person you are sending the flowers to is married.  While  a few of you found it acceptable, 80 percent of you said that it was a bad idea.

This got us to thinking:  What if you DID get friendship flowers?  Would you say something to your spouse or just keep a lid on it to avoid any fall out that might result?
