'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey,' the first film in Peter Jackson's 'Hobbit' trilogy, is hitting theaters in just a month and a half now, and that means it's time for more promotional goodies to start popping out, including the official track list for 'The Hobbit' soundtrack. Back in the summer when Warner Bros. released the 'Dark Knight Rises' soundtrack list, it gave us some hints at what we could expect to see in the film. Warner Bros. May Digitally Alter Ed Helms' Tattoo on 'Hangover II' DVD

Funnyman Ed Helms may look a bit different when 'The Hangover Part II' hits DVD shelves later this year.

According to EW.com, Warner Bros. is considering digitally altering the tattoo on Helms' character's face after a copyright infringement lawsuit was filed recently by tattoo artist Victor Whitmill. (Whitmill is the designer of the tattoo on Mike Tyson's face, which 'Part II' references.)
