			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This dramatic video of a father jumping out of a speeding car to save his daughter started making rounds yesterday. I first spotted it on <a href="http://gizmodo.com/5909921/father-jumps-from-moving-car-to-save-baby-daughter-from-getting-run-over">Gizmodo</a>. Apparently the little girl somehow managed to get into the front seat of the vehicle, unlock the door, and jump out into traffic. Her father somehow managed to get to the passenger seat and then jumped out into traffic to save his daughter's life. I call that a hero. The comments on the video take a very different angle. Are they right?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With a foul ball heading toward him, and his daughter in his arms, a man at a Los Angeles Dodger's game  had to make a split-second choice</p>
<p>He decided to drop his daughter and go for the catch.   While this may have been a justifiable decision if he had been able to snag the ball, he dropped that, too.</p>
<p>Luckily, the daughter was uninjured, and any abandonment issues can be worked out later in therapy.</p>
<p>Check out the video of the double drop below.  And then watch an older video of a more dexterous fan managing to both hold onto his child<em> and </em>catch a foul ball.</p>
