I knew that there was something not right about spray tans. That being said people love their spray tans especially in New Jersey.

Somerset Messenger-Gazette reported that in Branchburg, New Jersey, six people were injured on Tuesday in . . . a SPRAY TAN EXPLOSION.  Not that we want to make light of their injuries.  But come on.

The people were all employees at a company called American Spraytech.  They were working in the factory when an aerosol can of tanning spray EXPLODED.  It somehow blew up in the machine that labels the cans.

The brand of the exploding spray tan was Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs.

The six injured workers had minor burns on their arms and faces.  They were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The workers range from 19 to 38 years old.
