Over Half of Recent College Graduates Depend on Their Parents to Pay Bills
It’s official, your children are never going to survive on their own. A job placement company from Business Insider called the Adecco Group released a survey on recent college graduates, and found that more than half still depend on their parents to help pay living expenses . . .
32% rely on their parents to pay their cell phone bill.
21% have their parents pay for their food.
20% depend on their parents for Internet access.
And 20% are still on their parents’ health insurance.
One in three also say their parents are involved in their job search, by providing business contacts, helping with their resume, or searching job postings.
