Business Insider via The Associated Press reported today that a jury has found Florida resident Michael Dunn guilty of first degree murder.

He fatally shot Jordan Davis, a 17-year-old, after an argument outside a convenience store in Jacksonville.

The argument came about after Dunn became upset over Davis' loud music coming from his SUV, which also carried three other passengers.

Dunn fired 10 times into the SUV in 2012, saying he thought his life was in danger.

The jury in the original case deadlocked, and the prosecution retried him.

Dunn was already convicted of three counts of second-degree murder and faced up to 60 years in prison.
