BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The U.S. Supreme Court decision upholding the federal health care

overhaul has done nothing to soothe the frustration felt by Idaho’s

Congressional delegation over the law. The court on Thursday upheld the

individual mandate portion of the new law and other components. Still, Rep.

Mike Simpson says the fight is not over. While the seven-term Republican

accepts the court’s decision, he is calling on Congress to repeal the law and

work on market-driven reforms. Sen. Mike Crapo says he expects President Obama

to move forward with implementing the bill. But Crapo says the problem is the

bill is just bad legislation. First-term Sen. Jim Risch says the court’s

decision barring the federal government from forcing states to expand Medicaid

coverage means the law has failed meet its primary goal.
