Do You Send Flowers When a Friend’s Pet Passes Away? [POLL]

I just found out that one of my good friends lost their dog. A lot of us have animals that are like family to us. We often get so attacted to our animals that when they pass it feels like we have lost someone of our imidate family.

I want to show my support for my firend during this difficult time but part of me thinks sending flowers is over the top and just plain silly because it is an animal.
