A new survey from AOL Money has figured out just how much debt it takes before you start losing sleep and really panicking.  And the number might be higher than you think.

The survey found that people don't really start worrying about their debt until it crosses $22,927.  So if you've got $22,000 in debt, you're fine.  But at $23,000, you can't take it anymore.

That's actually down from 2010.  Back then, the threshold for panic was $25,187 worth of debt.
