MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — A school bus roaming the streets of Moscow this week has been a cover for police officers looking to catch traffic violations.

Another state is considering legislation that will allow police to use a device to determine whether or not a person has been texting while driving. Do you think this technology should come to Idaho?

Everyone agrees that texting and driving is NEVER a good idea. Yet it happens all the time in Twin Falls. A few days ago I saw a girl texting on Poleline while driving 60MPH. Crazy!

We always  hear about the dangers of texting while driving but we never hear much about some of the other distractions that are just as bad, if not worse than texting.

This morning I talked with Bradley and Jack from KMVT's Rise and Shine about texting. While we agreed that text messages were great, we thought that messages get taken the wrong way. Jack even suggested that maybe we should go back to calling people so that our messages aren't taken the wrong way.

Deep down we're all just old people annoyed by everything and everyone. My pet peeves seem a little odd but everyone is annoyed by something. I hate when the handle gets stuck on the toilet and you can hear the water trying to fill up the tank and I hate slow drivers. What's yours?

According to a new survey, one in seven people have accidentally sent a dirty text to the wrong person.  The most common person is a friend followed by your EX.  Co-workers and family came in third and fourth.

Back in May, a trucker crashed into two police cars and three fire trucks on the side of the highway near Yuma, Arizona, killing one of the officers. He claimed he was checking his mirrors and didn't see them but his cell phone data revealed he was looking at photos of half-naked women on Facebook when it happened. Police are charging him with second-degree murder.

On Tuesday afternoon, a 25-year-old woman from Maryland was texting while driving and her Hyundai went right off the road, clipped a tree, and sent her fifty feet into a lake.

It doesn't matter which way we spin it; breaking up stinks. (Unless, of course, you're the breaker-upper, in which case it's like a cause for celebration.) Either way, cutting the relationship cord has gotten a bit easier ever since text messaging hit the scene. As it turns out, break up texts can be hilarious.
