IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) — Several Idaho Falls residents say their homes were flooded with human waste after a problem with the city's sewage system.

I think we are all familiar with the pile of poop in our front yard that doesn't belong to our animals. If you are looking for a new solution technology may be your answer. According to the  Associated Press, apartment complexes around the country are starting to crack down on people who don't pick up their dog poop . . . by giving it a DNA TEST.

Over the weekend, 64-year-old Robert Hohenberger of Clayton County, Georgia was arrested after he admitted to shooting his neighbor's Chihuahua in the BUTT with a BB gun.  He says he did it because the dog pooped in his yard. That's bad and all, but we're not into the story because of that.  No, we're into the story because of what the dog's owner told the police.
