Few would argue that the spray-tanned, streaked exploits of Snooki, The Situation and the rest of the ‘Jersey Shore’ gang have been good for New Jersey’s already mixed reputation. Perhaps that’s why Hoboken, NJ’s mayor Dawn Zimmer has shot down plans for a ‘Jersey Shore’ spinoff, which would’ve seen JWoww and Snooki renting an apartment in the city.

New Jersey State Senate President Stephen Sweeney has been feuding with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie over the state's budget for some time. During their battle of words, Sweeney has called Christie a "punk" and a "bully," admitted he'd like to 'punch in the head," and then refused to apologize for these remarks. But when Sweeney began to criticize Christie during a
