The city of Los Angeles just found a way to ruin millions of people's trips to the beach this summer.  Gotta love micromanaging government. According to CBS 2 - Los Angeles the L.A. Board of Supervisors just decided to issue fines to anyone who's caught throwing a frisbee or a football on any beach in L.A. County.

Kobe Bryant wasn't happy when referee Bennie Adams hit him with a technical in the third quarter of the Los Angeles Lakers' game against the San Antonio Tuesday night. In fact, after Kobe had taken a seat on the bench, TNT's camera caught him directing a gay slur at Adams.
