IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) — Idaho officials are fining the federal government after the U.S. Department of Energy failed to start a radioactive waste treatment facility before the deadline.

The city of Los Angeles just found a way to ruin millions of people's trips to the beach this summer.  Gotta love micromanaging government. According to CBS 2 - Los Angeles the L.A. Board of Supervisors just decided to issue fines to anyone who's caught throwing a frisbee or a football on any beach in L.A. County.
