A Twin Falls man is facing a misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter charge after his car collided with a motorcyclist after reportedly running a stop sign.
On Jan. 3 the Minidoka County Sheriff's Office responded to a call regarding animal abuse. When a sheriff's deputy arrived at the residence he found a deceased dog lying next to the front fence near Baseline Road.

According to court documents, Richard William Ross is facing the one felony count after police allege he had left his 10 month old child in a van asleep while he went inside his home on June 23, 2017.
