I wonder how many area phone book users were completely confused by the listings, or thought the publishers of the book were pranking them, when in fact it was the iconic actor who introduced the world to the "Dark Knight."

Adam West lived in Ketchum Idaho before he passed away in 2017. He has to be one of the most iconic Batman actors of all time. His campy and endearing portrayal of Bruce Wayne appears to have lingered into his real life. He messed with the Ketchum phonebook in the most Adam West way possible.

Any real comic book fan, lover of superheroes, or any fan of Batman would love to have their very own Batsignal. Now you can make that dream a reality.

Sad news to pass along today. Adam West, who in the 1960's achieved fame as TV's Batman, has passed away. He was 88.

Part of the fun comic book fans have had over the years is debating which superhero could defeat which superhero. Could Wolverine beat The Hulk? Could the X-Men beat The Avengers? There have been entire lines of books devoted to this very topic. Heck, Batman vs. Superman and Captain America: Civil War are both based on this very conceit. So, you can’t blame Matt Damon for getting into the fun when asked if his Jason Bourne, who he calls “my superhero”, could take his pal Ben Affleck’s Batman. As you might expect, Damon’s not stepping down from the challenge.
