TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) – A Twin Falls man was arrested after threatening to kill a pizza parlor worker for allegedly poisoning his food. Upon arrest the man allegedly told police he didn’t believe he did anything wrong because he didn’t hurt anyone.

Seth S. Brooks, 38, of Twin Falls, was arraigned in Twin Falls County court Wednesday on a felony aggravated assault charge stemming from an incident Tuesday. Brooks drove up aggressively in his vehicle, then approached an employee taking a smoke break behind Pizza Hut on 1099 Blue Lakes Blvd N. He allegedly yelled at her then grabbed a large wrench threatening to kill her if she allegedly poisoned his pizza again, court documents said.

When one of the delivery drivers drove up and saw Brooks yelling at the lady, Brooks allegedly then started to threaten the delivery driver. Police located his vehicle on Shoshone Street and saw a large wrench in the middle console, according to court documents. During the conversation with police, Brooks admitted to being angry with Pizza Hut staff and confronting them.

Police placed Brooks under arrest for aggravated assaulted. According to court documents, Brooks believed he hadn’t committed any crime because he hadn’t hurt anyone physically.
