BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A southwest Idaho man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a drive-by shooting in Boise.

The Idaho Press-Tribune reports that 27-year-old Zachary Tharp received the sentence earlier this week in 4th District Court. Tharp previously pleaded guilty to unlawfully discharging a firearm at an occupied dwelling in the April shooting that damaged three homes. No one was injured.

The Idaho Press-Tribune reports that co-defendant Damon Wall of Bellevue last week was sentenced to 15 years in prison. The 22-year-old Wall pleaded guilty to unlawfully discharging a firearm at an occupied dwelling, as well as other crimes. Boise police say the men were targeting a specific person.
