There's just something about old bridges that is both thought-provoking and creepy. Bridges can provide wonderful memories for some, and incredibly painful ones for others. A bridge in southwestern Idaho has a history of both, and visiting it after sundown isn't recommended by those in the paranormal community.

Bridges kind of freak me out. Not as much as elevators, but I sometimes get anxious when crossing them. I very much look forward to getting off the Bay Bridge leading into San Francisco whenever I drive into the city.

Caldwell is located 28 miles west of Boise, and it's said that if you park on the bridge at night with your lights on you'll see the ghost of the woman who is said to have taken her life there decades ago.

I don't know if it was those old, black-and-white earthquake videos of bridges bending like slinkies, or the story of the Mothman and the Silver Bridge that put the fear in me, but I just can't seem to shake it. Caldwell, Idaho is home to the River Road Bridge, which also gives plenty of people the willies, especially at night.

It's after the sun goes down that some have reported seeing the silhouette of a woman hanging from the side of the bridge, according to details shared by idahohauntedhouses.com. Caldwell is located 28 miles west of Boise, and it's said that if you park on the bridge at night with your lights on you'll see the ghost of the woman who is said to have taken her life there decades ago.
